I hold space for the alchemy of your soul, transforming your pain into vibrancy, pleasure, presence, and joy.

I founded Dolphin Heart Alchemy as a way to bring through the healing frequency of dolphins and support women in transforming pain and disconnection into joy, sensuality, and embodied presence. My work weaves somatic healing, shamanic practice, and higher consciousness to guide women back into connection with their bodies, their hearts, and their inner power.

My path to this work has unfolded over decades. I experienced a kundalini awakening in 1999 that opened my psychic and intuitive gifts in a profound way. Since 2003, I have facilitated healing work across Asia, Canada, and the United States. I began training with indigenous healers, kumus, and gurus in childhood, and continue to weave ancient wisdom with embodied healing practices.

Today I also work as a psychedelic integration coach, holding grounded and compassionate space for deep inner transformation and spiritual emergence. I lead with intuition and empathy, supporting women as they reconnect with their sensuality, their sovereignty, and their own inner authority.

I believe joy and pleasure are our birthright. When we reconnect to our life force, we remember who we truly are. This is the heart of Dolphin Heart Alchemy, and it is what I am devoted to sharing.

  • "I attended the Puja Ceremony facilitated by Veenaa Saynana. I want to share with you what a phenomenal experience that was. First, Veenaa was masterful in setting the stage for expectations, boundaries, and intentions. The room was transformed as much as possible into a theater of delight for all the senses and the sacrament was distributed. We then commenced an evening of dancing, both ecstatic and still; group and dyadic; eyes locked in mutual gaze and closed. Personally, I experienced a sense of joy, play, happiness and pleasure that still is reverberating in my mind and body. While there were no cosmic answers from the ceremony, surely the Divine is present during such joy. At the closing circle, participant after participant shared how significant this ceremony was for each of them.
